Extension and expansion detavast framework

This month it became known that we are going to significantly expand our Detavast framework. As of 1 November, in addition to Defence, we will also be welcoming the ministries of Social Affairs and Employment, Health, Welfare and Sport, and Foreign Affairs within this special collaborative arrangement. In addition to Circle8, YER and Experis have also been selected for the Detavast umbrella agreement with the four ministries.

Through Detavast a number of (known to us) clients offer starters, people looking to progress and people with a distance to the labor market the chance to develop to such an extent that after their secondment period they can be taken on as permanent employees: Detavast. Based on a solid training/development plan, the candidates grow to the desired level for the relevant ICT roles. During the secondment period the contractor provides the training and guidance of the person in question.

Growth through training is, of course, familiar territory for Circle8. We have previously entered into Detavast agreements with Logius, P-Direkt, SSC-ICT, CJIB, the Tax and Customs Administration, DICTU, OCW and DUO Groningen. And now the expiring agreement with the Ministry of Defence is being renewed and expanded.

As of 1 November we will also work within this arrangement together with the ministries of Social Affairs and Employment, Public Health, Welfare and Sport, and Foreign Affairs. We are supported by a strong consortium of partners, each from their own specialist perspective: Young Capital, Createment and Kwiik.

The agreement has a term of 4 years and a total value of approximately 23 million euros. Want to know more or have questions about Detavast? Read here how Detavast works in practice . Or contact Peter Gram via the response form below.
