Working with Circle8 means working with a reliable and stable partner. Quality forms the basis of all our services. We regularly have this thoroughly and independently tested in various areas. On this page an overview of our most important certifications, memberships and participations.

Certifications

Trust is an indispensable basis for a successful collaboration. We therefore do everything to live up to that trust, always and everywhere. As evidenced by the certifications below that we have been awarded based on our performance in the various areas. A guarantee that you are working with a reliable and stable partner.

NEN-4400-1

The ‘Statement of registration’ in the register of the Foundation for Labour Standardization (Stichting Normering Arbeid, SNA) forms the basis of our work. With this standard of reliability it is clear to everyone that cooperation with Circle8 is equivalent to cooperation with a reliable partner.

NEN-27001

Data management and privacy are a valuable asset for every company. And since the introduction of the GDPR in 2018, it is also mandatory to ensure this within the legal frameworks. With our NEN-27001 qualification we are clearly taking a further step in information security. A distinctive qualification within our sector where a lot of privacy-sensitive data is processed.

NEN-9001: 2015

Say what we do, do what we say, and prove that we do it. These are the consequences of our quality management system, which has been certified by Lloyd’s Register against the ISO standard 9001:2015. This system sets out:

  • Our highest priority is meeting the expectations and requirements of our customers;

  • We work on the basis of our own, professional requirements within the applicable laws and regulations;

  • The described procedures contribute to a continuous process of improvement.

BOVIB quality mark

Bovib is the association and industry organization of the independent hiring intermediaries and brokers in the Netherlands. The quality mark is an important safeguard for the financial health of MSPs, brokers and intermediaries.

Dun & Bradstreet

We have our financial health calculated annually by Dun & Bradstreet: a specialized provider of business information. Based on our excellent solvency, Circle8 has received a number 1 rating from D&B. This is the highest score for financial reliability and indicates a minimal risk of bankruptcy.

CSR Performance Ladder 3

Corporate Social Responsibility is a core value within our policy. That doesn't just mean serving responsibly sourced tea and coffee. Or equipping parking spaces and the bicycle storage with electric charging points. View our most recent CSR annual report here .

CO2 Performance Ladder

Circle8 has been measuring for some time according to the CO2 Performance Ladder methodology, we also report as such. We are now certified at level 3. of this important standard. Reduction targets and the progress of all measures can be found in the CSR annual report (see above), via this link the latest complete energy assessment .

Recognized training company

We consider community involvement important. It is no coincidence that it is one of the key priorities of our CSR policy. One part of that is offering internships to MBO students.

To do this in a responsible way, we have gone through the SBB Cooperation Organization for Vocational Education and the Business Community (SBB) betiteld als a Recognized Training Company. This gives the intern a number of assurances:

  • We offer work of good quality;

  • We provide good guidance;

  • We provide a safe learning environment.

NBBU Membership

Circle8 (including predecessor De Staffing Groep) has for many years been a member of the Dutch Association of Placement and Temporary Employment Agencies (NBBU) . The association is the advocate for over 1,300 employment agencies, self-employed intermediaries, payroll companies and other flexible organizations. With one important goal: strengthening the quality of the flexible labor market.

Taking serious action to increase diversity and inclusion (D&I) in the workplace. That's what we do at Circle8. With us Anti-discrimination policy , that is aimed at giving jobseekers a fair chance at employment, regardless of their age, gender, marital status, sexual orientation, life, political or religious convictions, race, ethnic origin or nationality. And also with our participation in the Diversity Charter.
