Measuring data using scans
Determine where the strength of one or more employees lies. What gives them energy and what drains them. Recognize personality traits and see how employees can strengthen each other with them. Discover blind spots in the collaboration.

Create interaction through workshops and coaching
The outcome of the scans is the input for workshops, training sessions, or individual coaching. This can be about the individual, but for example also about the dynamics between people. Smooth communication, giving and receiving feedback, and clearly aligning goals can indeed be a challenge.
Our communication and feedback workshops help teams develop. Leadership training or coaching gives the individual employee the certainty and the confidence to deal with challenges.
Gaining insight into ICT competencies
ICT: you depend on it, but within organizations it is often also a black box. Therefore it is very important to have insight into the specific ICT competencies of your employees. And, by extension, of course, which of these so‑called 'hard skills' are missing in your organization or project!
To make this transparent in a uniform way, a European standard has been developed: the e-Competence Framework (e-CF), or the European Standard
EN-NEN16234
. An independent 'measuring stick' along which vacancies, CVs and training programs can be placed. Which makes clear where surpluses and shortages occur within an organization or project. And shows which training or recruitment instrument can be used to address and resolve these. That is why we have been actively using and (contributing) to this international standard in the field of ICT competencies from the very beginning.
