Within this Detavast agreement, a total of 16 clients offer starters, lateral entrants, employees seeking advancement and/or people with a work disability the opportunity to develop during a secondment period so that they can be taken on as permanent employees after their secondment period: Deta-vast.
Based on a sound training/development plan, the candidates progress to the desired level of the relevant ICT roles. The client provides the training and guidance of the relevant professional during the secondment period.

The following 9 ministries are participating in this procurement: General Affairs, Foreign Affairs, the Ministry of the Interior and Kingdom Relations, Defence, Finance (excluding the Tax Administration, the Benefits agency and Customs), Infrastructure & Water Management, Justice & Security (excluding the CJIB), Social Affairs and Employment, and Health, Welfare and Sport. In addition, the following 7 independent organizations are also part of the agreement: the Electoral Council, the Judiciary, the Gambling Authority, the Dutch Healthcare Authority, Victim Support Netherlands, the Netherlands Probation Foundation and the Violent Crime Compensation Fund.
Agreement
The framework agreement has a maximum total contract value of 85 million euros excluding VAT (ceiling amount).
