The choice for Circle8 anticipated the expiration of the current framework agreements at the end of October 2025. ProRail explicitly sought one partner who not only ensures continuity, but also reduces administrative burdens, limits risks and actively contributes to an inclusive labor market.
Compliant, transparent and accessible
Circle8 was awarded the contract because it scored highest on components such as: full labor market access, diversity & inclusion, strengthening ProRail as the preferred client and a well-thought-out case approach. This, combined with a broad network, experience with complex hiring issues and a people-centered approach, was decisive.

Circle8 takes care of the entire hiring process. From processing the request and placing the hired professional to compliant contracts, payment and reporting.
