This concerns a framework agreement for team requests with an obligation to deliver results for the (further) development, management and modernization of existing and new innovative application services for its more than 40 clients. For all specialist services that cannot, are not yet, or can no longer be delivered in this context, the ICT service provider has entered into an agreement with Circle8.
Circle8 and DICTU are no strangers to each other. Both organizations have been working together for many years with regard to the temporary hiring of ICT-professionals. With this agreement a new element has been added: Circle8 contractsFlexible specialist assignments in this role, mostly at SME-like companies. The focus here is on (short-term) assignments with an obligation to deliver results. This service is new to the market and is therefore being built up in stages:
1. Circle8 supports DICTU in finding, selecting, (back-to-back) contracting and/or the contract management of specialist assignments.
2. Circle8 fits into this context and provides support for DICTU's procurement and contract management processes.
