Circle8 is as of this month the proud partner of JINC , an organization that brings education and business together. Through this collaboration we will help children from neighborhoods with socioeconomic disadvantage on their way to a good start in the labor market.
In the Netherlands, hundreds of thousands of children grow up in neighborhoods with a lot of poverty and few role models. They have just as much talent as peers from wealthier neighborhoods, but often get less opportunity to develop it. Through JINC's projects they are introduced to all kinds of professions, discover which work suits their talents, and learn how to apply for jobs.
Last week the official kick-off of our new collaboration with JINC took place. Circle8 employees will put their expertise to use within this wonderful collaboration. For example with job application and skills trainings, lightning internships, building networks and coaching.
