How did you experience your first 88 days at Circle8?

"They really flew by! In those 88 days I learned an enormous amount, met many colleagues and had to get used to a new work environment for a while. But I quickly felt welcome, partly thanks to the open nature at Circle8 and the good onboarding. The combination of professionalism and an informal atmosphere just makes it very pleasant to work here."

What has surprised you the most since you started here?

"That everyone is so enthusiastic about their work. What really surprised me is the degree of independence and the trust you get from the very beginning. I had expected that I would have to shadow someone or take more time to get used to things, but I was immediately involved in conversations with suppliers who came by. That immediately gave me a sense of responsibility and motivation."

Which skills or insights have you developed during this first period, or would you like to develop further?

"In these first months I've mainly strengthened my communication skills and learned to switch gears quickly. It's important to align well with different stakeholders, and I'm really growing in that. For the future, I'd like to further deepen my knowledge of recruitment technology so I can fulfil my role even more strategically."

What do you like most about working at Circle8 and why?

"Without a doubt: the people. There is a culture here in which colleagues want to help each other and successes are celebrated together. You also get plenty of room to show initiative and develop yourself. You notice that during the staff meetings in DynaHouse as well, where successes are truly shared with one another. That is hugely motivating."

If you could give one tip to a new colleague who is just starting, what would that be?

"Ask lots of questions and don't be afraid to ask for help. Everyone is willing to help you. By actively starting the conversation yourself, you learn everything much faster. And above all, don't forget to enjoy the fun moments with your colleagues, they make the work even more enjoyable."
