In many organizations, vitality on the work floor – and the home workplace – should be high on the agenda. But how do you make your organization more vital? Below we give you five tips so that you can promote the vitality of your employees. That way the work becomes better for your people, but also more enjoyable!

1. Encourage working with vitality

When employees get a helping hand, they will be more likely to work on their vitality. You don't have to draw up extensive plans, but look closely at the needs of your people. Does your employee make a conscious choice to maintain a healthier lifestyle?
