Serve as the day-to-day project driver for the implementation of a sovereign, repository-centric enterprise architecture tooling platform during the organisation’s formative phase.

Lead the technical setup, configuration, stakeholder engagement and knowledge transfer to ensure successful adoption within the organisation. Establish a unified platform supporting ArchiMate modelling, TOGAF governance, BPMN/SIPOC process documentation and portfolio rationalisation. Lead technical deployment including hybrid/on-premises setup, repository configuration, workflow automation and integration with IAM, CDBM and Microsoft 365.

Facilitate cross-functional workshops with departments to gather requirements, validate configurations and drive consensus on modelling standards. Develop and deliver structured training programmes for core users. Perform knowledge transfer to the internal team including documentation, shadowing and handover of support processes. Deliverables

Implementation strategy and deployment roadmap for the enterprise architecture platform.

Concrete project plan with phasing, activities and PRINCE2-style stage gates covering the full engagement period.

Fully implemented and configured enterprise architecture platform integrated with the corporate environment.

Governance framework and repository structure for applications, relationships and linkages to business processes.

Trained core users and successful handover to the internal architecture team.

Achtergrond opdracht

NEO NL seeks an experienced external SME to implement a sovereign, repository-centric enterprise architecture tooling platform. This platform will support enterprise architecture modelling, governance and collaboration across the organisation. The platform will support ArchiMate modelling, TOGAF governance, BPMN process documentation and portfolio rationalisation. The implementation must comply with digital sovereignty requirements including EU/NL vendors, data residency and hybrid deployment models as well as security standards such as encryption and SSO integration.

Eisen:

• Experience with Enterprise Architecture tooling platforms supporting ArchiMate, TOGAF and BPMN modelling.
• Experience implementing governance frameworks for enterprise architecture repositories supporting portfolio rationalisation and architecture lifecycle management.
• Experience implementing architecture tooling in environments requiring data residency, encryption and security integrations (IAM / SAML / OIDC / RBAC).
• Experience configuring architecture repositories including capability models, application portfolios and architecture viewpoints.
• Experience with hybrid deployments (on-premises / private cloud / SaaS) and data residency 
• configurations.
• Understanding of portfolio management techniques such as application rationalisation, dependency 
• mapping and impact analysis.
• Completed higher professional education (HBO) or university degree in Information Management, Enterprise Architecture, IT Architecture or similar field.
• 10 jaar demonstrable experience implementing enterprise architecture tooling platforms in complex organisational environments.
• Fluent communication in both Dutch and English (written and verbal).

Wensen:

• Knowledge of security integrations such as encryption and SSO.
• ArchiMate 3 Certified.
• TOGAF 10 Certified (or equivalent)
• Experience in nuclear, energy or similarly regulated sectors.
• Knowledge of information-centric transformations such as Digital Twin or CDE concepts.
• Knowledge of quality and security standards such as ISO 19443, IEC 62443, COBIT, CISSP or CISM.
