Our sister organisation [The Prosecutor] is looking for a Medior Linux administrator. Please note that the client plans to offer the candidate a direct contract after approximately 3 months. The supplier must allow this transition, and it is up to the supplier to ensure that their investment is covered in the rate. During the interview, it might be weighed whether the candidate is willing to consider this direct contract offer.

The daily tasks and responsibilities revolve around Linux administration, specifically utilizing the required and preferred technologies:

• Administering and maintaining Linux environments, specifically Debian or Ubuntu.
• Working with Proxmox Virtual Environment.
• Working with containerization tools like Docker/podman.
• Depending on the candidate's knowledge, working with Ceph software defined storage, Zabbix, Elastic, Keycloak (or similar), and Haproxy (or similar).

The role is for our sister organisation [The Prosecutor]. The candidate will work primarily on-site at the Raamweg location, with very limited remote work possibilities. A significant aspect of this assignment is the strict security clearance requirement (EU security clearance level "Secret").

Eisen:

• Education: Minimum education is HBO.
• Experience: Minimum of 8 years experience as a Linux administrator.
• Knowledge: Strong knowledge of Linux (Debian or Ubuntu).
• Knowledge: Knowledge of Proxmox Virtual Environment.
• Willingness to transition to a direct contract with the client after approximately 3 months.

Wensen:

• Certifications: Relevant Linux certifications are of interest to demonstrate vocation (no specific certificate is a strict precondition).
• Beneficial: Experience with Docker/podman.
• Nice to have: Experience with Ceph software defined storage.
• Nice to have: Experience with Zabbix.
• Nice to have: Experience with Elastic.
• Nice to have: Experience with Keycloak or similar.
• Nice to have: Experience with Haproxy or similar.
• Clearance advantage: Candidates who have or have had an EU security clearance, or have had Dutch (or another EU nationality) since birth, have the highest degree of success to be cleared within the timeframe of contracting.
