Wednesday 27 June the general meeting on Labour Market Policy and the DBA Act took place. During the meeting Minister Koolmees further explained the Key Points letter and answered questions about, among other things:
the tightened enforcement per 1 juli 2018;
concrete action points in the short term;
the review on formal versus substantive grounds.
The urgency of the issue was made clear in the House of Representatives: all present Members of Parliament call on the cabinet to better enforce rules on sham self-employment.
