Enforce or new rules?

Not only in the House of Representatives, but also at Dynahouse there is therefore extensive discussion this week about the Deregulation Assessment of Employment Relationships Act, WDBA. The industry association is critical of the bill Clarification of Assessment of Employment Relationships and Presumption of Employment (Wet VBAR) that caretaker minister Karien van Gennip (Social Affairs and Employment) presented in early October. Therefore they have submitted an official response to the online consultation.

The Bovib , of which De Staffing Groep (now Circle8) is also a member, finds it, with all the uncertainties, actually 'quite impressive that 45 out of a hundred companies are doing everything completely right'. The trade association for intermediaries and brokers is convinced that it is not due to unwillingness that so much goes wrong, but that the government has not yet (entirely) succeeded in properly explaining the new regulations.
