Functieomschrijving:

Ensure compliance of well equipment for drilling, P&A, well intervention and workover projects against internal and external standards. Responsible for QAQC of all D&W equipment. Coordinates preparations of well equipment and ensures rig readiness.

MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Checking incoming ENI owned equipment for compliance with internal and external specifications and industry standards.

• Preparation and rig readiness of well equipment including but not limited to casing/tubing, X-mas trees/wellheads, completion assemblies, casing accessories, MLS, etc.

• Coordinate and witness assembly make-up’s and cutting of pups, X/O’s, overshots, etc

• Ensure Eni owned stock continued compliance with specifications

• Ensure Eni owned equipment is maintained, stored and certified as per industry standards such as API requirements

• Assist with or lead auditing service companies and suppliers on QA/QC system effectiveness and adherence.

• Ensure that all equipment mobilised to support well operations meet or exceed ENI requirements / specifications and industry standards.

• Follow up on any non-conformances related to equipment issues / failures including but not limited to ENI owned / operated equipment and equipment supplied by service companies & suppliers.

INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL INTERFACES

Internal:

• Well Engineers, Well Services, Wellsite Supervisors, Material Coordinators, Drilling superintendent logistics Department

• Contracts & Procurement Department

External:

• Service companies and suppliers

Eisen:

• Vocational Education (MTS) in Mechanical Engineering or similar

• At least 8 years’ experience in oil & gas industry, preferably from North Sea.

• Demonstratable expertise with well equipment and/or rig operations.

• Strong understanding of daily rig operations.

• Familiarity with well equipment standards

• Fluent in English (oral and written) and preferably Dutch language skills.

• Eligible to work in the Netherlands or EU.

• Experience in QA/QC and auditing principles

• Knowledge of industry standards (API, NS, ISO 9001 etc)
