• Function: Drilling and Wells
• Location: The Netherlands
• Site: Den Helder/Den Haag (Hybrid)
• Reports to: Head of Well Operations

Leads the Performance Improvement Plan in rig operations, by developing and tracking Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) and ensuring timely and accurate reporting of performance results. Coordinates and shares Best Practices and Lessons Learned with well engineering and well operations teams. Coordinates After Action Reviews (AAR).

Supports the well operations team in management of service provider contracts. Focal point in D&W department for Contracts department. Provides D&W tender input, and manages live contracts of service providers. Set up and follow up corrective actions plans with Service Companies to enhance performance through contract compliance.

Provides project control to achieve business goals and objectives. Responsible for consistent and robust planning/scheduling/progress reporting of rig operations projects, including forecasting and monthly planning reporting for the dedicated projects.

• Create and manage the Performance Improvement Plan with support from Head of Well Operations.
• Manages and Leads Performance Improvement in D&W rig operations in a systematic, process driven approach.
• Maintain a collaborative relationship with external and internal stakeholders. Communicate performance results, challenges and opportunities with cross functional teams (operations, logistics, contracts & procurement, finance).
• Ensures timely and accurate reporting (weekly, monthly, end of well, end of project) of performance results.
• Coordination of Best practices, Lessons Learned, After action Reviews and knowledge management within the D&W group.
• Tracks, analyzes and reports performance of Drilling Operation, KPI’s, opportunities and NPT.
• Sponsors the KPI process for service companies for Drilling Operations.
• Tracks, analyzes and reports service companies’ performance.
• Owner of Best Practices, after action reviews and Lessons Learned and ensures distribution to stakeholders.
• Promotes Drilling Operations knowledge management by Global Eni participation and benchmarking.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, bi-annual and annual reports for Drilling Performance Management as required.
• Promote and lead the use of ENI official software like Wellview, ID3, Wellcost, Aware, WIT.
• Support the team with rig activity planning.
• Service provider contract monitoring and general management.
• Provide input in contract tender exercises.
• Drive the respective project baseline processes for planning in accordance with guidelines and best practice.
• Track, monitor and accurately report project progress and forecasting.
• Co-ordinate the completion of planning/scheduling input to the monthly reporting on dedicated projects.
• Maintain in close collaboration with the Drilling Superintendent a non conformance register (NCR). Review, analyse and challenge supplier and contractor NCR reports.
• Check contractor progress reports focussing on performance versus agreed KPIs to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Maintain planning management system and -process in the project.
• Focal point for interfacing with relevant teams for reporting requirements.
• Ensures that the Performance Improvement Plan aligns with corporate and project HSE goals.
• Ensures that corrective actions from internal / external audits and incident investigations are captured for continuous improvement.

Eisen:

• Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or similar.
• Experience: Minimum of 8 years of experience in drilling & wells functions in the oil and gas industry.
• Experience: Practical experience with project planning tools.
• Experience: Familiarity with well design, construction, and abandonment practices.
• Experience: Experience with managing contracts.
