In practice this means that Circle8 will, from April 1, take care of the (temporary) hiring of externals (seconded employees and self-employed contractors) for these various participating organizations within the partnership:
-Joint Arrangement the Bevelanden;
-Regulation of the Oosterschelde Region Welfare Services Partnership (SWVO);
-municipality of Goes;
-municipality Kapelle;
-municipality Noord-Beveland;
-municipality Reimerswaal.
"Again a wonderful client within ourMSP-service provision. And again a nice expansion of our ever-growing impact within the municipal sector. Despite the mutual cooperation the different participants have their own identity, they are each special. Thus we will also serve and unburden them in order to be able to grow together," said Martin Westerhof, MSP director of Circle8.
Hiring desk
For various departments within the individual participating organizations (Participants), the deployment of personnel who are not employed, i.e. external personnel, is used annually. Circle8 establishes a so-called Hiring Desk for this purpose where, depending on the need, external personnel are hired. In practice this means full relief in the area of hiring, for example by helping to formulate the request properly or advising on possibilities in the temporary labor market. The Hiring Desk is thus a ‘single point of contact’ which also serves as a point of contact for third parties (self-employed professionals (ZZP’ers), other stakeholders).

With the start of the framework agreement, a special website has also been launched: https://debevelanden.circle8.nl/

The agreement
The Framework Agreement starts on 1 April 2024 and has a fixed term of three years. The Agreement may be extended by the client, under identical conditions and terms, three times for a period of one year each. The framework agreement has a total and maximum value of € 46.000.000 excluding VAT over the entire term including extension options.
