As a former subsidiary of Alliander, Kenter is no stranger to Circle8. But after the spin-off of the provider of innovative, integrated energy solutions at the beginning of this year, there also arose a need for more extensive support in the area of the temporary hiring of professionals:
the Managed Service Provider (MSP) of Circle8. Where previously the service was limited to the much narrower standard broker activities, the renewed collaboration now provides athrough Circle8-staffed hiring desk, for total relief from the hiring process.
Within this completethe MSP consultant functions as a service providerof Circle8 as a sparring partner for the hiring manager and is thus the figurative extension of the HR, Procurement and Financial Administration departments. In this way all flex requests, supplier contacts and contracts and the complete administrative handling from onboarding to offboarding are managed. The use of smart software moreover ensures that the administrative process runs as smoothly as possible, guarantees compliance and makes results measurable.
