Nieuwegein, 1 december 2022 –Employment mediator The Staffing Group, among others known for its predecessor IT-Staffing, will with immediate effect continue under the name Circle8 . The brand with more than a hundred employees and over €500 million in revenue is thereby automatically the main label of the new holding Circle8 Group, which also includes the existing labels Kwiik and People for Office. With the name change and adjusted holding structure, Circle8 is fully committed to Total Talent Flow, the vision that organizations can deploy human capital as optimally as possible at all times and everywhere. From this vision, Circle8 is further building an international growth strategy, in which it as the overall group can better support both self-employed professionals (zp’ers) and clients.
The sharpened positioning and strategy call for a brand that more clearly tells what talents and organizations can expect, namely professional services for the continuous circulation of human capital. “Not only money, but people in particular should flow through the organization. After all, they are the most important capital of any company,” says Mike Korenvaar, CEO of Circle8 Group. “With Circle8 we want to reinforce this and introduce a new voice in the market. In our philosophy the professional has always been central; now we say it out loud and put our words into action. By bringing all our current and future labels together under Circle8 Group, we can better find, attract and engage talent and enable their movement. Ultimately our clients also benefit from that.”
International expansion
The new holding structure provides more of a foothold for a targeted, international buy-and-build strategy. Korenvaar: "The holding will act as a coordinating and facilitating body that looks at where integration and synergy opportunities lie and what can be done smarter or better. And also where things are still lacking, so that we can better determine which acquisitions will help us reach our intended goal more quickly. Our buy-and-build strategy is cross-border. We are already present in Belgium and we are in talks with several foreign parties. That has to be the case if you want to be able to offer talents everything. For example, we want to further develop our traineeship program for young talent and strengthen the alumni program for professionals. I look forward to the continued growth of the entire organization."
Right people in the right place
As the group's main label, Circle8, formerly De Staffing Groep, has for some time been committed to Total Talent Flow. “As an organization we find suitable people, connect them to organizations, ensure that they undergo the right growth and are continuously in the right place,” says Gert-Jan Schellingerhout, CEO of Circle8. “This applies to both young and more experienced professionals, because everyone has a unique mix of talents. Our old brand name, or even the predecessor IT-Staffing, did not sufficiently align with how we view the market. That is why I am proud that from now on we carry the name Circle8 and shout our focus on Total Talent Flow from the rooftops.”
Over Circle8
