We are looking for a new colleague for our MSP team!
As an MSP account manager you are responsible for the client relationships. You are the point of contact for our stakeholders at the client. In this role you work with the client to achieve their hiring objectives. Are you a connector, strong in communication and results-oriented? Then we are looking for you!
What will you do as Account Manager MSP?
Together with the team you work on achieving the client's hiring objectives. You ensure that the service delivery runs smoothly, you provide advice on all kinds of hiring issues and you are a discussion partner at a tactical level. You are responsible for the account plan and the Service Level Agreement (SLA).
In this role you work closely with the MSP consultant(s) and are responsible for multiple clients. Customer satisfaction is very important to you and by continuously being in conversation with the client you think along about opportunities and developments that arise. Based on data you give your client insight into what is happening and advise on hiring-related topics, such as laws and regulations, hiring policy, etc.

Where will you be working?
Circle8 MSP(Managed Service Provider) biedt a solution for clients who want to temporarily hire external staff without financial or legal hiring risks. Your tasks and responsibilities
The work is as follows:
Account management
Offering various Circle8 MSP services to the client
Knowledge of the customer
and its operations to make effective use of Circle8's MSP services.Ensure that the service delivery proceeds in accordance with the account plan and SLA.
Actively monitoring market developments, holding tactical and operational discussions with the client, and advising on the hiring of temporary expertise.
Relationship manager
Maintains and develops existing and potential relationships at tactical and operational level.
Monitors the quality of service delivery and customer satisfaction among deployed professionals and contact persons at the client
.Manages a network of professionals, suppliers and customers to strengthen relationships and capitalize on commercial opportunities.
Analyzes customer needs based on knowledge about the customer
,organizational structureand ongoing projects.
Planning, coordination and reporting:
Setting up dashboards and reports based on data;
Annually drafting and updating account and portfolio plans with concrete actions.
Overseeing internal compliance with customer agreements and adequately recording information in the CRM.
Up-to-date knowledge of laws and regulations regarding the hiring of external personnel and their provision to the client
.
Who are you?
You have an hbo-diploma (preferably in the field of HR, business administration or a comparable study).
At least 3 years of work experience as an account manager;
Knowledge of hiring and laws,- and regulations is a plus;
Strong communicator and able to interact effectively with various stakeholders;
You have a commercial mindset and are result-oriented;
You are enthusiastic and a people-person;

A salary between €4500 - €6000 for a full-time position and commensurate with your level.
A company car or travel allowance and, if you travel by public transport, the expenses incurred
You work between 32 and 40 hours at our office, working from home is negotiable.
8,33% vacation pay, because you have other things to do besides your job.
25 vacation days (for a full-time employment) plus 2 additional days determined by Circle8 and with the possibility to purchase extra days.
€120,- gross per month contribution for your health insurance.
If you place your health insurance with Nationale Nederlanden, we will pay the premium for the supplementary insurance.
Work-from-home allowance.
