Your role as Service Manager Operations

You are in daily contact with your team, give direction, create trust and encourage ownership. You coach, develop and challenge so that people enjoy their work and continually improve together. At the same time you are a good contact for clients, suppliers and colleagues within Circle8. You monitor progress, identify bottlenecks and keep an overview. This way you ensure that we deliver on what we promise and, preferably, a little bit more.

You are not on your own. In your role you work closely with our subject-matter expert. You provide direction, encourage team development and ensure that service delivery runs smoothly and professionally. The subject-matter expert brings in-depth expertise, identifies opportunities for improvement and translates laws and regulations into practice. This collaboration creates a strong connection between strategy, execution and subject matter. Together you ensure excellent, future-proof service through which we at Circle8 truly make a difference for our customers and colleagues.

What you are going to do

• You lead the Contract Services team in a coaching and connecting way.

• You are building a safe, professional and performance-oriented team culture.

• You safeguard the quality of our service delivery and ensure that customer agreements are met.

• You are the point of contact for complex operational or personnel issues.

• You actively maintain contact with clients, suppliers, self-employed individuals and internal departments.

• You report to the Business Unit Manager and actively contribute to improvement, development and growth.
  

This is you

• HBO work and thinking level.

• 5 to 7 years of experience as a manager in an operational environment.

• You love people and structure: you combine empathy with a focus on results.

• You are strong in communication, in Dutch and in English.

• You have up-to-date knowledge of laws and regulations such as the WDBA, WAB and AVG or the willingness to quickly and thoroughly familiarize yourself with them.

• A Green Belt certificate is a nice bonus, but not a must.

• A salary between €5000 - €6000 in an FT employment and appropriate to your level.

• You work between 32 and 40 hours per week.

• 8.33% holiday pay because you have other things to do besides your work.

• Travel allowance, and if you travel by public transport we reimburse the costs incurred.

• If you arrange your health insurance with Nationale Nederlanden, we will pay the premium for the supplementary insurance.
