MSP Consultant Temporary Employment

Your tasks and responsibilities

As an MSP Consultant Temporary Employment you will, among other things, be involved in the following matters:

The work is as follows:

• Assisting hiring managers with posting vacancies for temporary staff;

• Liaising with staffing partners to find the best candidate;

• Ensure proper follow-up so that the candidate can start promptly (schedule interview, communicate rejections, initiate hiring file);

• Registration of temporary workers in our system;

• Follow-up of phase contracts, price agreements, etc.

• Chairing operational meetings at the client.

This is you

You are experienced in the field and know what it means to be a successful recruiter. A good match is more important than established job requirements, so if you are convinced you are the person we are looking for, we would be happy to get in touch with you.

• You have at least 2 years of relevant work experience at or with a staffing agency;

• You are an ace at administration;

• You are up-to-date on all laws,- and regulations;

• You are a strong communicator, service-oriented and can work well in a team;

• You love socializing and are up for a joke.

Who do you work with?

Of course you are not on your own. Together with the MSP consultant who handles everything related to hiring professionals for the client and the program manager, you form a team on site. In addition, you are also part of the team that works in Nieuwegein and you are there at least once a week.

• A salary between €2800 - €3500 for a full-time employment contract and appropriate to your level.

• You work between 32 and 40 hours per week, at our office in Nieuwegein or at the client's. Partial working from home is negotiable.

• 8,33% holiday pay because you have other things to do besides your job.

• Collective health insurance and €120 gross per month contribution to health insurance.

• If you place your health insurance with Nationale Nederlanden we pay the premium for the supplementary insurance.

• Travel allowance and if you travel by public transport we reimburse the expenses incurred.

• Work-from-home allowance.

• 25 vacation days (for a full-time position) plus 2 extra days set by Circle8 and with the option to purchase additional days
