As a Client Manager at Circle8 you work together with the sector team (consisting of a Sector Lead, Recruiters and Contract Managers) at one of our largest clients. Together with the team you are responsible for maintaining the client relationship and, as a team, closely monitor developments within the sector. In this role you act as a connecting factor between Circle8 and the client, using your commercial skills and extroverted personality to create a positive impact.
The Client Manager operates under the supervision of the Director of Intermediary Services and in close collaboration with a Sector Lead, resulting in effective coaching and guidance for the Client Manager. This position is ideal for an entry-level Client Manager or someone with up to 2 years of experience who would like to learn the profession.

This is what you will do as Client Manager
Account management
Offering various Circle8 services to the customer.
Knowledge of the client and her business operations to make effective use of Circle8's existing (and new) services.
Actively monitoring market developments, conducting tactical and operational discussions with the client and advising on the hiring of temporary expertise.
Relationship manager
Maintains and develops existing and potential relationships at the tactical and operational level.
Monitors the quality of service delivery and customer satisfaction for deployed professionals and client contact persons
.Manages a network of professionals, suppliers and clients to strengthen relationships and capitalize on commercial opportunities.
Analyzes customer needs based on knowledge of the customer, organizational structure and ongoing projects.
Planning, coordination and reporting
Annually prepare and update account- and portfolio plans with concrete commercial actions.
Weekly updates and monthly formal reports to the supervisor on progress and results achieved.
Supervising internal compliance with customer agreements and adequately recording information in the CRM.
Up-to-date knowledge of laws and regulations regarding the hiring of external contractors and supplying them to the client.
This is you
Between the 2 and 4 years of work experience as a Client/account manager or similar commercial experience at a service provider.
Knowledge within the assigned market segment Central Government /Government.
Success in your role is measured by; revenue, margin and customer satisfaction.
Preferably substantive experience in a relevant industry.
Excellent command of the Dutch and English language.
You are customer-oriented, have integrity and can work well with others.
You see opportunities and possibilities, no-nonsense mentality, go-getter
Pro-active and accurate.

A salary between €3500 - €4500 with a full-time employment contract and appropriate to your level.
You work between 32 and 40 hours per week.

If you place your health insurance with Nationale Nederlanden we pay the premium of the supplementary insurance.
