The chair for the day is Martin Westerhof, Managing Director of Circle8. He has been active for years at the intersection of strategy, hiring and labor market developments. Joost van Ladesteijnis founding partner ofVertex Legal Ltd. en primarily provides directors and supervisory board members with advice on cultural, strategic and legal matters. Joost has hundreds of publications to his name on all facets of employment law and was previously associated as a partner/attorney at EY Law and as an attorney at BakerMcKenzie.
WTTA: what do you have to do?
Paul Heinrichs is active as inspector forCicero Office, a reputable organization that inspects companies on standards related to labour. He has many years of experience in the temporary employment sector, including as secretary of the NBBU. In addition to the inspection work, Paul also helps write standards and contributes to thinking about their development. Furthermore he is involved in providing training.

Geert-Jan Waasdorp is director of the labor market ofIntelligence Group, the Dutch labour market data & tech company specialized in the Dutch and European labour market. He is also co-founder of the Academy for Labour Market Communication, Werf&, Arbeidsmarktkansen and an investor in, among others, the start-ups RecruitAgent.ai and Skillscv. He is the initiator of Recruitercode.nl and a board member.

Public transport is the best option for getting to Zandvoort. Circuit Zandvoort is a 10-minute walk from the NS Station. If you still want to come by car, parking options are limited due to the set-up for the race weekend. It will therefore only be possible to park off-site and travel on to the circuit by shuttle service at set times.
