As a Supplier Manager at Circle8, no day is the same. You are the link between our suppliers and Circle8 and you work on preventing problems, bringing in new suppliers and optimizing the relationship with our current suppliers. Whether on the phone, in the office or on the road, it's no problem for you.
This is what you will do as Supplier Manager
As a Supplier Manager you directly contribute to the strategic growth of Circle8. You see where opportunities lie, build long-term relationships structurally and translate our organizational goals into a concrete supplier strategy within your specific sector, and Circle8-wide. You don't just rely on gut feeling, but also on facts. By analyzing data on inflow, placements and performance, you see where things can be improved and act on it immediately. You translate insights from reports and dashboards into actions that strengthen collaboration with suppliers and improve the quality of our services.
You work closely with colleagues from Recruitment, Contract Management, Account Management, MSP, Finance and Legal to improve processes and ensure the chain functions optimally. You connect these disciplines, ensure information flows smoothly and that everyone moves in the same direction. This is how you make a difference in the collaboration between client, supplier and Circle8.

You have an MBO+ / HBO working and thinking level (at least a completed MBO education, level 4; administrative direction).
You have at least 2 years of experience in a similar (commercial) role.
You are a strong communicator and by no means shy about making contact.
You have basic knowledge of secondment.
You have a Lean Yellow belt, or are willing to obtain it via Circle8
You are proficient not only in Dutch but also in English.
You are results-oriented, customer orientation and leave us amazed by your commitment.
You like to learn, both within and outside your specialty.

A salary between €3150 and € 4900 gross p/m, that fits your level.
You work between 32 and 40 hours per week at our office in Nieuwegein. Partly working from home is negotiable.
8,33% holiday pay because you have other things to do besides your work.
Collective health insurance and €120 gross per month contribution to health insurance.
If you take out your health insurance with Nationale Nederlanden, we will pay the premium for the supplementary insurance.
Lease car
Work-from-home allowance.
25 vacation days (for a full-time employment) plus 2 extra days determined by Circle8 and with the possibility to purchase additional days.
