We are growing enormously. Not only in size but also in our services. And therefore we will continue under a new name. Circle8.
Below you will find all the information about this new chapter of our organization. For all our existing contacts (self-employed contractors on assignment, partners/suppliers and clients): rest assured, you need to do (almost) nothing…

Why a different name?
The labor market is changing and that means we need to look beyond staffing, hiring, secondment and recruitment & selection. Development, diversity and creating opportunities have now become an important and inseparable part of our services. That's why we are changing our name.
From 1 december De Staffing Groep will continue as Circle8
Circle8 (from the English "circulate") finds talent and the assignments that go with it, fosters connection with all involved, gives everyone room to grow and is also there to support career progression. With a continuous flow of talent, Circle8 ensures sustained growth for professionals, partners and clients alike: we call this Total Talent Flow.
What changes?
This question is easy to answer: our brand identity. That means a different logo, different colors and a different font. You can see that change across all of Circle8’s communications. Such as in our email signatures, on social media channels, the name at our office and of course we have a new website. From now on you will also receive emails via @ circle8.nl .
That all looks very different (and also very beautiful), but has no further consequences. Our normal way of doing things does not change!

Why a/the rebranding?
The labor market is in motion and that means that we must look further than
staffing, hiring, secondment and recruitment & selection. Also development, diversity and
the creating of opportunities make by now an important and inseparable part
out of our services. Therefore we are changing our name.
As of 1 december De Staffing Groep will continue as Circle8
Circle8 (from the English circulate) finds talents and the assignments that go with them

When will the rebranding take place?
Our rebranding is effective as of 1 december 2022.
What differences will I notice?
As of 1 december, all communications from De Staffing Groep have been replaced by our new brand identity. You can see what it looks like, among other places, on our new website: circle8.nl
Also, from now on we will send e-mails from the @ circle8.nl domain. The old addresses will remain active for quite a while. So no correspondence will be lost.
What is the meaning behind the new name / the new logo?
We believe that people are the most important asset of every organization. Zij zijn the lifeblood of the company. Alongside cash flow, this talent flow is essential for organizations to grow. Because ‘to make it flow, is to make it grow.’
Circle8 finds talents and the assignments that go with them, ensures engagement with all stakeholders, gives everyone room to grow, but is also there for career progression. With a continuous stream of talent, Circle8 ensures sustained growth for both professionals and partners and clients.
Circle8 comes from the Englishcirculate and the 8 in the logo is a creative interpretation of the circulatory system (the talent flow).
What stays the same?
The employees. The management team. The owners. The day-to-day operations. We work tirelessly to provide the best possible service to freelancers, suppliers and clients.
Will De Staffing Groep still be used in the future?
No. From 1 december, De Staffing Groep will continue as Circle8.
All existing agreements with De Staffing Groep are and remain legally valid. We are busy changing the name and logo everywhere as well. Should agreements nonetheless be concluded after 1 december or should there be documents that refer to De Staffing Groep, these are also simply legally valid. The statutory name of De Staffing Groep will not change. However, we will no longer use the name as a trade name.
Are Kwiik and People for Office also changing their names?
As of 1 december only the name of De Staffing Groep has been changed to Circle8. KwiiK and People for Office are part of Circle8 and in that capacity also part of Circle8 Group. Their logos will receive an addition: 'part of Circle8'.
Is DynaHouse also changing its name?
The DynaHouse is not part of the rebranding. So nothing will change at the Dynahouse.
I still sometimes see IT Staffing, what is happening with that?
IT Staffing is an old, no longer active, brand of De Staffing Groep. It officially no longer exists. In some communications and on LinkedIn the brand is still visible. There, too, we will implement the name change to Circle8 as of December 1.
