Support employee MSP

Your tasks and responsibilities

As a Support Employee MSP you are the first point of contact for our customers, suppliers and colleagues. You ensure that everything runs smoothly – on the phone, via the mailbox and in the administration. No day is the same, and that is exactly what you enjoy. You contribute to customer satisfaction and a professional service.

This is what you will do:

• You answer the phone and assist customers and suppliers further with their questions;

• You ensure that callback requests are picked up;

• You manage the general mailbox, resolve as many messages as possible yourself, and ensure that the remaining messages end up in the right place;

• You support administrative processes within the MSP team;

• You are a connecting factor between customers, suppliers and the colleagues.

You are customer-oriented, careful and strong in communication – both in Dutch and English. You work in a structured way, but also enjoy the dynamics of a growing organization.

What are you bringing?

• You are customer-oriented and ask targeted questions;

• You are great at administration and meticulous in your work;

• You are a team player who collaborates easily;

• You are communicatively strong both in Dutch and English is a strong plus;

• Experience in customer contact or support is a plus;

• MBO level 3 / 4 or equivalent;

• A salary between €2500 - €3200 with a full-time contract and appropriate for your level.

• You work between 32 and 40 hours per week.

• 8,33% holiday pay because you have other things to do besides your work.

• Travel expense reimbursement and if you travel by public transport we reimburse the costs incurred.

• If you place your health insurance with Nationale Nederlanden, we will pay the premium for the supplementary insurance.
