This is what you'll do as Contract Management Employee

Every day is different. In the role of Contract Management Employee you are service-oriented to our hiring professionals, act as a point of contact and take care of all contract administration for them. By accurately maintaining the systems you ensure satisfied professionals. A super fun challenge!

• Drafting contracts for the deployment of professionals at our clients: You ensure that everything is taken care of down to the last detail, that everything is recorded correctly and completely in our systems. This way your colleagues are also able to consult all information about contracts.

• Handling contract renewals: You ensure that the renewals can also withstand legal scrutiny and are processed administratively correctly and completely.

• Continuously improving our processes and working methods: You keep your focus on our customers and make suggestions to improve where possible.

This is you

We are also looking for the sheep with 8 :-) legs, but feel free to apply if you only have 7.

• Completed MBO (level 4) working and thinking level.

• Preference for at least 2 years of experience in an administrative role.

• Basic knowledge of contract management is an advantage.

• Good command of the Dutch language.

• Proficiency in the English language.

• Result-oriented, customer orientation and service-oriented.

• You enjoy learning, both within and outside your area of expertise.
